Installation and Configuration:
It's a Perl script, so installation is pretty easy. You don't need to
compile anything.
Edit txt2html and change #/usr/bin/perl, if it's necessary...
copy txt2html into your directory.
How to run it ?
txt2html [Options ...] TextFile
To see Options txt2html -h
