What is it ?
CGI Utils is an archive of simple CGI Scripts or sub routine to help you to
create CGI.
System Requirements:
- Perl 4.0 or newer; you can get it at http://www.perl.com/
- A web server, you must have access to add / execute CGI scripts.

This archive comes with 7 differents files:

Installation and Configuration:
It's a Perl script, so installation is pretty easy. You don't need to
compile anything. Edit file that you want to use, and look source code and
comments...

Type URL of file that you want to test and look...
